Meet the dedicated individuals behind the Theresia and Fidelis Foundation, each bringing a unique set of skills and a shared dedication to our mission. From our visionary founders to the passionate members of our board and staff, our team is united by a common goal – to uplift and transform lives through meaningful initiatives in technology, education, and community development.

Theresia is a Communications, Partnership and Policy expert with vast experience in donor-funded development programs and more specifically US Government(World Bank) and UK Government (DFID) supported projects in Africa. Theresia has excelled in various aspects of internal and external public affairs, partnerships, strategy and marketing for delivery of organizational outlook using various platforms. In more than 7 years, Theresia who is fluent in both English and Swahili has worked for projects mainly in Kenya with reach to the East Africa region across the following sectors: Poverty alleviation through Tech in low income areas (informal settlements and rural areas)- World Bank Project in 2017(CGAP) Communications,Marketing, Policy and Partnership – Bridge International Academies, Nairobi Brand Growth and Marketing– Mondeas Limited(UP Magazine)

A Graduate of Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Nairobi and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA K). Fidelis currently working for GRIT Real Estate Income Group Limited as the Finance Manager,Kenya. His passion to educate youths roots back to his childhood, when he got a scholarship to attend high school. He believes that when a child is educated, a whole community is forever changed
Kate Greenberg holds a BA in psychology (with a Marketing Minor) from the University of Michigan. She has worked for Zenger-Miller in Washington DC in executive training and employee development. In New York she worked in the healthcare communications industry working with Medicus PR, Manning Selvage & Lee, and CPR Worldwide; clients included Pfizer, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, SmithKline Beecham, Glaxo, and non-profit organizations including Arthritis Foundation, American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Save The Children. Kate managed corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy and communications as Senior Vice President, Edelman Worldwide. The clients and program partners included private sector (e.g., Starbucks, Hewlett-Packard, General Electric, CB Richard Ellis, Merck) and public sector (e.g., International Aids Vaccine Initiative, USAID, Environmental Defense Fund, Rainforest Alliance). She was also a member of a team of company employees assisting Edelman CEO on internal CSR and philanthropy strategy focused on girls’ education. In 2010, she retired to focus on her family, and her community of residence, Montclair, New Jersey, where she is a volunteer helping with tutoring and mentorship for primary school students in Newark, New Jersey.
Edward Greenberg holds a BA in Business from the State University of New York, Albany. He also holds an MBA in Business Administration (Finance Major) from New York University – Stern Business School. He has worked in the finance industry, working with Banco Central and Bank Hapoalim. In 1997, he became a baseball player agent for Peter E Greenberg & Associates (PEG), which he founded alongside his brother, Peter. Its primary focus was on Latin players and had employees and clients in Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Columbia, Japan and the US. He worked with clients as young as 16 years old through to their retirement and beyond. He has worked with Johan Santana, Jose Reyes, Bobby Abreu, Ronald Acuna among others. In 2012, PEG merged with TLA Worldwide and was later sold to Rep1 Baseball in 2020. Edward is recently retired and residing in Montclair, New Jersey. He is looking forward to supporting the Theresia and Fidelis Foundation, travelling globally and enjoying time with his family.
Elisa Dittborn from Chile, Elisa cares alot about education and loves to give back to the community. “I care alot about education especially in developing countries, am proud to be part of Theresia and Fidelis Foundation because I want to change the world by ensuring youths get education.”

Josh started his career as a Teach For America corps member, where he taught eighth grade English in Dorchester, Massachusetts. Josh holds MBA and J.D. degrees from the Kellogg School of Management and the Pritzker School of Law at Northwestern University, where he was a Youn Impact Scholar and received the Order of the Coif. He also holds a master’s degree in education from Boston University. Josh graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College with a B.A. in English. Josh Nathan is currently working as an Associate Director and Staff Attorney at Social Finance, based in the Boston office. Previously, Josh served as an academic director at Bridge International Academies, a social enterprise improving the quality of education in developing countries. At Bridge, Josh led the founding and academic management of a network of impactful charter schools in Liberia, and was also responsible for curriculum development for schools in Kenya and Uganda. Josh is passionate about social impact thus his interest to join the advisory board for Terisa. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, we can only see great things happening for Theresia and Fidelis Foundation

Faith is a results driven and resourceful professional with over 15 years of experience managing client relationships, handling business development and leading customer service teams. Faith started off her career in the US where she worked as a Contact Centre Supervisor at the Automobile Club of Southern California. Faith is currently working at the Stanbic Kenya Foundation, as the programs coordinator. Previously she worked with Stanbic Bank for over 11 years where she held different roles culminating in the role of the Journey lead – Digital Transformation and Innovation department. Faith earned her first associates degree at North Lake College in Dallas. She also holds a degree in Leadership and management from St. Paul’s University, Kenya. In addition, Faith is actively involved in the community. She is a youth mentor, a corporate MC, a motivational speaker and preacher, an events planner and the visionary for Women Words and Wisdom. In her spare time, she loves to travel, cooking, hosting guests, nature walks, appreciating good music among other activities. Faith is very passionate about girls and women. She brings on board a wealth of experience in girls mentorship skills. Faith believes that girls are the future of the world. Her goal is to ensure that no girl goes unspoken and especially in matters relating to period stigmatization.

Lucy helps corporations, governments, social enterprises and NGOs navigate the shifting media and communications environment.She has extensive global experience developing and implementing communications campaigns for organizations across industries to help them find messaging that resonates and make sure they are heard. Lucy is a qualified lawyer with a Masters from the University of Oxford. She is currently an independent communications consultant in Sydney, Australia. Lucy works with a variety of clients in the social impact space to help them build and manage their reputations. This includes producing Australia’s leading development and aid podcast, Good Will Hunters; working with the Australian Digital Health Agency to develop a new digital health strategy; and helping a major government enterprise manage a leadership change. Prior to starting her own consultancy, Lucy spent 11 years working in public affairs in London and Washington, D.C., including working as Global Director of Public Relations for Bridge International Academies. Lucy is passionate about women’s empowerment and founded The Salon, an intimate networking space for women. As a woman empowerment champion we are honored to have her on our advisory board.
